FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based on Lantau Island but will travel to various locations within Hong Kong. Travel rates may apply to New Territories.
How many pictures will we receive?
We firmly believe that you are best suited to decide which images are the best for you.
We don’t know you, your family or your product as well as you do.
Sometimes there are too many wonderful memories & moments to be restricted by a picture count - and we want you to have as many as possible.
You are then welcome to let us know which ones are your favourites and we then provide you the larger formatted files for printing.
Do you do retouching?
The short answer is no. In a time where people are becoming unrecognisable due to filters, we believe it is creating an unhealthy aspiration not only among children but adults as well. If there is a distracting temporary element such as acne, we are happy to remove it, but we will not change your physical appearance.
